Meet Clinical Director, Owner & Aesthetics Nurse
Shelley Folkes…

Shelley is a Independent nurse prescriber, qualifying from Southampton University in 2001, working the majority of her clinical carer in emergency medicine from Junior Staff Nurse up to Senior Sister. With added experience in cardiac care, community nursing and acute medical admissions you can be reassured that you will be well taken care of.

Shelley started her aesthetics career initially from Birdlip in Gloucestershire after completing her basic training in Manchester in early 2016. She has since gone onto become an advanced aesthetics practitioner with extensive training in complications prevention and management, advanced techniques and is continually advancing her knowledge, skills and portfolio of treatments. She has studied under University of Southampton, Medics Direct, The Teoxane Academy, The Merz Institute of Advanced Aesthetics, Fox Training Academy and with Dr Tim Pearce of Skin Viva.

Her city centre medical aesthetics clinic lies in the very heart of Hereford, near the stunning cathedral, the beautiful River Wye and the buzzing Leftbank Village.

Meet Medical Director and Pharmaceutical Lead
Dr Simon Coates…

Simon works full time in pharmaceutical clinical trials and now provides a supporting role to The Glow Clinic ensuring pharmaceutical safety and excellence & providing up to date research and best practice guidelines. Simon & Shelley worked together in A & E in Cheltenham for many years so have formed a great friendship as well as a professional partnership, both having the same vision and exceptionally high clinical standards.

Other clinicians you may meet are Independent Nurse Prescriber & Aesthetics Nurse Amanda Cox and Independent Nurse Prescriber & Aesthetics Nurse Kimberly Davies.

We also have Senior Hair Stylist Charlie Ingram on the third floor.
